User Types Some simple guidelines on what each user needs to do

Trainer

Guide students to fill in the evaluation form

  • Get your form ID
  • Ask students to open Form Redirection page
  • Wait them finished filling the form
  • Login if you want to check your evaluation result
  • Logout to exit
Student

Fill in the evaluation form

  • Open Form Redirection page
  • Fill in the Form ID
  • Select the prefer language
  • Evaluate it
  • Finish
Admin2

Manage the process, complete the process

  • Login
  • Check the submitted evaluation result
  • Submit for Manager review and remark
  • Print any necessary page if needed
  • Logout to exit
Manager

Review the evaluation result and remark

  • Login
  • Review any evaluation result submitted
  • Add a remark
  • Logout to exit
